Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding the holidays. We ship via USPS mail. Purchases cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, or APO/FPO address. Edgy Gal is not responsible for stolen goods if you are not available when your package arrives or delays due to the holidays or inclement weather.

As stated in the return policy, you have 5 business days from the date your order is received to make an exchange or receive a store credit. After the 5th business day, the item is considered final sale and a store credit or exchange will be voided.
